I emailed Ford for what I thought would be a serious issure this winter. There email back was a standard form issued email and told me to go to my local Ford dealership and take it up with them. I talked to the service manager at my local Ford dealership and he said my issue was a valid concern. He ran it up the chain and it came back that the car was tested in Minnesota over last winter and there shouldnt be any problems. So I wouldnt waist your time emailing or writing them. Go to the dealership and submit the complaint there.
