Is the ride as good or better with P springs?? I don't want to lose the stiff ride of the stock track pack suspension. I know it's better than a regular gt suspension but am worried about it being softer than a brembo suspension. I'm ready to pull the trigger!

Brembo springs are 131(f) / 167(r).

Eibach Pro Kit is 159 / 193. I'm 99.9% sure the Pro Kit is the same as M-5300-P.

Subjectively, I think the P springs ride better than the Brembo springs do. My stock '12 Brembo GT seemed a lot stiffer than my uncle's '11 GT with P springs and Koni STR.Ts.

Springs don't determine ride quality, that goes to the shocks and struts. I installed "P" springs on my car and the ride quality suffered greatly with the stock dampers. Adding Koni STR.T's improved the ride quality tremendously.

According to a few guys on this site who have tested the springs themselves, the specs quoted from online sources are actually backwards.

Should read 167(F) and 131(R) stock and 193(F) and 159(R) for the Eibachs. This was further confirmed by Steeda reps.

All stock S197 Mustangs have the stiffer spring in the rear of the car. Without considering the weight distribution and the motion ratio of the spring, the actual rate is meaningless.

To get the rear resonant frequency 10-20% higher than the front, the rear wheel rate usually needs to be higher than the front.
