I am looking to pickup 2 front seats for my notchback. I have heard that notchback seats dont slide as far back as hatchbacks, is this true. When purchasing seats will anything work or does it need to be out of a notchback. Also will convertible seats work. Any input is appriciated

I'm betting the hatch and coupe seats are set up the same way. My brother has a '86 coupe and I believe he has front seats out of a escort in it with the halo head rest. I don't think the seat tracks are any different from the hatch to the notch. Also, I think you would be ok with vert front seats, but the rear seat may be a little different.
