Will 275/40 17 fit on up front and if anyone has run this size before?

Appreciate the info!

Yes, I have 275/40/17s on 17X9s all the way around, and I'm lowered 1.5 inches. I have only heard the fronts rub when turning full lock in parking lots and such. But if your not listening for it then you won't even hear it. You do have 17X9s right? Don't try to put those on stock 17X8s the side walls will be flexed and you will ride like crap.

DBILL correct, also have run 275/40/17's all around on 17x9 Cobra R's and on Ultralite II's. The Ultralite II's (Steeda) came w/2 plastic rings to run on steering shaft to limit turn radius. My OPINION, from my experiences, is that car rides better w/17x8 on front and 245/45/17's or something similar. Running 17x8 front now and 17x10.5 rear.

AZ, if you are running your stock rims, 275/40/17 will "fit", but i am not sure i would recommend them on the stock rim....would try to go a size smaller....good luck
