So I can get a pretty substantial discount on these parts. I'm looking for heads and a intake. I was thinking of the cobra intake. I have a 86 mustang with 90 motor. Any info would be great thanks

If you get a great discount...

Get the GT40X heads they are awesome. You can do just about anything to them well worth the cash, I will be getting them soon. As far as the intake goes, I have not used any FRPP intakes after the stock one. I have an Edelbrock, But i do like the Holley Intake. We just put one on my friends 1992 GT and I really like it. You could always go Carb too.

What's the intentions with the car? Smog legality a concern? There's so many heads from FRPP, if you help narrow down what you want then we could get the right head choice for you. If you want a basic upgrade from stock, then get the GT40. If you want a serious engine, you could get some Z304 heads or somewhere in between.

cobra intake is a good investment especially if you can get a deal.....:bigthumbsup
I like the Z-heads also but they are a bit on the racer side. But like asked what you gone to do with the car?
Not really sure I don't think I will be racing it at the track. Just really want some pep and fun to drive. So I guess something a little bit better then stock
Just to put things in perspective so you guys maybe able to help me more..The guy I got it from says there has been some work done small cam, headers but from there I can't really tell if he has upgrade throttle body or maf and the intake looks stock. Also a certain show came here to Michigan and he ran a 14.2 14.6 it was marked on the inside of the engine compartment. So I'm not sure what I need to do
