gas mileage question, 1999 Mustang GT

i get between 23-25 mpg in my 02 GT.

I get about 21-22mpg on a tank

On average: 21.1 MPG

wow mine an auto but im only getting 14mpg in the city anything sound wrong with that?

I know a couple guys who get only like 15 mpg with basically stock gt's (with the exception of exhaust). Which is weird cuz after i had the blower put on thats about what mine gets now, before i was probably getting 18-20 mpg city. Highway is about 21-23 before and after blower and gears.

Mines an auto too, but I do a lot of mixed driving. I drive more on the highway though than city. I say I do about 70-75% highway and 25-30% city. I f I only did city then I probably would get around 17-18mpg.

Ya i do about 80% street 20% or less highway and i almost cried in happiness when i got 15.3 mpg

Yep, You or using your throttle peddle like an on/off switch.

well i rarely ever drive it hard and i dont use the throttle body like an on off switch
