It says 70k but 9k for it seems just a bit steep but still might be worth it. For that kinda money it should a 9 outta 10 and need nothing.

Its nice, but like above - the miles are not super low, so there may be some downward negotiating room on the price.

For that price, it should be just about perfect with that mileage - I would inspect carefully prior to paying that - not saying it is not worth it, just that very few, IMHO, would be...

Its a decent Fox. That price is way high. Out here in San Diego there's a red 91 notch w 66K miles all original for $4995 just to give you an example. I'd skip this one and keep looking. Just my .02

that's the plan, the guy wont budge... so i'm walking. but thanks everyone :) i wanna get a fox so bad! before they are gone! haha. keep my 05 as a daily and build a fox for a street/strip car. but its gunna have to wait til i graduate and find some decent work. the good unmolested foxes are few and far between and just too expensive right now.

Can't make a decision on the phone and he can't make a deal over the phone. Things like this need to be done in person so he knows you're real.

If you want to build a street/strip car there is no reason to start with a pristine original car! Why spend the money to get something that hasn't been touched if that's exactly what you're going to do? All you need is something that's rock solid and is mostly there. $2500 and you'll be in business :bigthumbsup

Graduate college or HS? I know what you mean about the graduate thing. I really want to start building my next engine - A 408W - but that will have to wait until next year when I am a real, graduated engineer. So far I just have: A block, a flywheel, and valve covers. Now there's an array of parts for you!

I'm always looking on CL and see them all in CT :bigthumbsup like the others have said if you are lookin to keep it stock it's nice but a little $$$ walk up to him with what you have see if his eyes light up.

If you want to mod it out I would look for something for a little less money I seen one around me for 3,500. Just sayin

I'll sell you my stock fox for five five CAD :bigthumbsup
It is unmolested! Could use some paint (not terrible) and a floor patch... might do the latter myself.

I'm sorry, there's no freakin way. That guy is asking way too much. He's looking for a sucker who hasn't done his homework.

graduate engineering school, im a junior now, and all my money is in the schools pocket.. so its gunna have to wait, but you are right, a solid 2k-3k car will be good for something to cruise in. its all in the future though, i just dont have the time or money for another car to upkeep right now, if im gunna do it i wanna do it right! my opinion of what i wanna do changes like every single day. so until i actually have the cash lined up nothing but ideas will happen. im looking towards a fox though. cheap, fast, reliable :) it doesn't get much better than that!

Good man. I'll graduate in April with a degree in mechanical engineering. I have many plans for after I graduate (among them getting a fox), but I know right now I definitely don't have the time or finances. Good luck!

I'm studying mechanical engineering too! And yea, I'm really excited to graduate, hopefully find some decent work an have a little money lying around. I'd like a classic too, but that requires more upkeep and idk if I'm ready for that yet. A fox is solid middle ground and their not too expensive. Only time will tell
