Good service deserves notice!
I swapped my CAI and needed an extra tune. Doug sent it out in two days. Turns out I gave Doug the wrong CAI so I called him and he said he would send the updated tunes today. Good service and the race tune is incredible.

I just received my tune from him few days ago haven't tried it yet because I'm waiting to install the CMDP. but I received my tune less than 24 hours after ordering so thats great

i usually get my tunes from him in my e-mail while on the phone with him lol
I'm still waiting for my tuner with tunes (order still in processing) but I've talked to the man twice on the phone now and there are three things I've noticed about him that make him worth my money:
1) He's polite and courteous
2) He's passionate when it comes to talking cars
3) The man knows his stuff
THAT's the kind of person I have no problems giving my money to when purchasing items for my car.
