The answer for that question depends on what you plan to do with the car. Is it a daily driver, drag racer, or autocross/road racer?
What's the intention of the car? Daily driver? Drag? Road race? Daily driver you want to drag?
Adjustable shocks/struts... the springs and other components are going to depend on what you want to do with your car.
A good Suspension?

It would be a street racer / daily driver...
Then I would say:

Eibach drag springs with air bag
Strange 10 way adjustable struts and shocks
Aluminum upper and lower control arms with urethane bushings
Steeda front sway bar to replace the stock bar

If you're going to replace the rear control arms, I suggest you go for replacements that have a spherical bearing at one end so that the rear axle can pivot freely without inducing suspension bind. They'll alllow more rear tire grip when cornering and when exiting from a corner 'cause the inside rear wheel will stay firmly planted.
For that reason, I have the Maximum Motorsports lowers and Edelbrock adjustable uppers. They're not cheap but IMO they're worth every penny.
