got a 86 svo!!!!

i was working on my mustang yesterday and this old lady came up tp me from down the road and she said i have a mustang like your just mow my lawn and u can have in i took the car cover of of it its a 86 svo with 23000k on it brand new basicaly but the clutch its froze how hard is that to replace and what should i watch for our replace when i replace it?

i am soon when i clean her up and get it legal i gotta do the cluch then tune up majorly its been sitting since 87
