You can, but the swap is very difficult and can actually end up costing more than buying a whole Cobra engine. You'll need new heads, cams, valvetrain, computer, wiring harness, timing chains, front cover, forged internals to handle the extra power and rpms, and a ton of other ods and ends. If you've got that kind of money to spend, you'd be better off either buying a Cobra engine or buying FRPP high performance 2-valve heads and intake. Too much effort for too little gain.
