so I have a set of gt40 heads sitting around that were ported by the original owner... but I have no idea what exhaust gasket to use. When I measured the exhaust side port it was measuring around ~1.6 height and ~1.2 width. Also will I need different sized exhaust headers with this size port. The closest thing I could find on summit was this:
Summit Racing SUM-111430 - Summit Racing® Copper Exhaust Gaskets - Overview - SummitRacing.com
and it has a 1.75 height and 1.25 width.
here is a pic of one port.

I wish I knew for sure, but that sounds very similar to the size that I ported mine to when I used the gaskets that came in my fel-pro kit. Hope that helps.

i run the solid copper header gaskets on mine..cost a bit more, but mine never leaked a whisper...and a 1-5/8" primary header is more than big enuff for those heads..regardless of how tall the guy raised the roof...

those arent the copper kind..the port size may be a tad smaller than your heads
