Right, but the tires on the Roush RS3 were specifically made for the Roush. It used to be Cooper only made the 2 sizes for the Roush. This new Zeon line is their first UHP across many different sizes. Granted you sure can't beat the price, but you don't want to mount mediocre for 30k miles either!Believe me, I drove myself crazy reading reviews on tires of all shapes, colors, sizes and flavors. Roush used the RS3's on their Mustangs and I read reviews of those that have purchased them. They have a 40,000 mile treadwear, are all season(car will not see snow though) and at $705 shipped from TreadDepot.com for all 4 the choice was an easy one. They ride nice and quiet and smooth. Hopefully they will last for good long time. I'm too frugal to do burnouts anymore so with the 500 tread wear rating these should easily see 30,000 plus.
It looks like those are the 2010 GT500 wheels. Did you install the stock valve stem TPMS sensors in the wheels? The FRPP site says it is only compatible with the "band sensors?"Finally got these mounted, balanced and put on. Genuine GT500 wheels. 18x9.5 with Cooper Zeon RS3 all season tires 255/45/18.
WOW! Someone who actually likes the hood scoop! Thanks man! I don't care what the haters say, I LOVE the hood scoop on these cars! :winksI'm diggin that hood scoop brother!:bigthumbsup
I bought new valve stem TPMS sensors for these. 2010 is when they started using the new TPMS. Must be a typo on the website. Ok, after reading it, it says these wheels are compatible with the band sensors also. So I guess you can go either way depending on what year they are going on.It looks like those are the 2010 GT500 wheels. Did you install the stock valve stem TPMS sensors in the wheels?
