Ford 4.6/5.4L 3 valve adjustable cam gear set. Not all aftermarket camshafts are compatible with the factory variable cam timing feature. These gears allow you to lock in the cam centerline where you need it. Gear sets can also allow you to swap a 3 valve engine in place of your 2 valve engine. The single pole reluctor can be installed on your LH gear to allow the use of your 2 valve electronics
Just wondering if anyone has tried these with cams, since there seems to be a lot of issues with rattles and getting your tune right. Im happy with my set up but I am sure there is room for improvement.
