engine ran hot and blew head gasket replaced both head gaskets while it was down. Now it's smoking getting oil in cly. If heads didn't seal can that cause this problem

did you have the heads checked while you had them off? checked for cracks, flat surface, valve seals?

x2 on having the heads checked/resurfaced. Having them re surfaced is something you should always do regardless if the engine has been over heated or not.

If it got hot enough to blow a head gasket then you should've gotten the heads checked out. Hard to tell but that might be a starting point to look at.
