Head Torque values

Just wondering what torque values to use to install my Eddy 60379 heads on my 5.0

My 1011-2 Felpro gaskets lists-70ft lb for outside row and 80ft lb inner row

Edelbrock list the same specs as Felpro,

but my APR bolts have a lower torque value for their bolts,which do i use?

have moly lube and sealer also
