Iam completing my 4cyl-5.0 swap on my 92hatch, I want to upgrade the exhaust but am unsure of wich header to go with. What are the advantages of shorty, equal, un-equal and long tube headers?

Thanks a-lot guy's for your input. I really don't plan on hitting the track much, maybe twice a year? I was just looking for the best street set-up. My eng. is completely stock with 90-k on it. I was going to install a new timing chain and waterpump, would anyone be able to recc a good cam/rockers for a street set-up. I eventually want to build a 347/turbo combo for it but would like to have some fun with what i have in the mean time. Thanks, also my car is aod, any sugg. with trans, shifter, and rear gear??
