I was looking at this Helix power tower from MossMuscle.com and claims 22 HP by just using it, no tune or anything just bolt on. Its a throttle body spacer. Does anyone use this or know if it really performs as well as they say? Also I already have a CAI and tuner would i need to retune to use this?

yes that is true they generally dont, but this one doesent call it self a throttle body spacer. They had a dyno sheet they supplied on the page, im more lookin for someone who has one and how it actually performes
