I can't blame you for wanting to swap motors but I sure do miss my inline 6. They're great engines. Have fun with the project!
Take plenty of pics along the way... you'll be glad you did!:bigthumbsup
Quick question

I have a question
is it better to keep it the way it is and just rebuild the engine and transmission or do the swap?
is it more value if I keep it stock?

Well... honestly there are so many inline cars (they sold tons and kept the Mustang on the map) that if you're restoring it to sell if for a profit that's probably not going to happen. A concours restored six cylinder... although gorgous... will probably pull in a quarter of what you put into it. Trace the VIN and see what the car was originally and that will help you make a decision. If you're wanting a fun restomod car and wanting to enjoy it after you're done I'd say do the swap and have something fun and different!
