Ok... i pretty much have to run 93 octane or higher to shut my car up... its annoying and expensive and bad ... how do i fix this i no longer want to purchase 93 octane... :(

No i bought it used almost 2 yrs ago @ 63k. Detonation wasnt bad at all until about 11 months ago.. i evn detonate on mid grade... i have run fuel injector cleaner, Fuel filter is recent, Plugs are about 10 - 12 months old - Bosch Platinum +1's Not quite sure what else all is stock cept drop in K&N

the previous owner may have reprogrammed the computer.

The only other thing I can think of is your timing chain jumped, so your timing is all off.

I'd take it to a dealer and reflash the computer with an OEM tune -It should cost $80 or so, checking the timing should fall under the reprogram.
