Help needed. 1998 Mustang A/C

i have a 98 3.8L. i was goin down the road the other day and my A/C stopped working. i checked for leaks, there are none. I have freon and oil in the system. i checked my hi and low psi cut out switches, fuses and control switches in the car and they are all good. But i am not getting power to my clutch.... Any suggestions. I was thinking A/C clutch control relay but the schematic i have shows that to be in the Constant Control Relay Module. is this correct? and also is the CCRM is under the right fender?
