help needed for nav sys on gt500 2012

Hi, I am going crazy trying to find out if the radio freequency change on the nav system can be changed from usa spec to european spec. I think in the usa the freequency interval is of .2 instead of .1 in europe. Is there someone that might know someone that can help me out. At least find out if it can be done. :worship

Found this fix for radio - not maps

Google search revealed this:

But it looks that US and Canada maps cannot be switch to European maps.
