Help to replace belt tensioner Pulley

Just picked up my son's 95 Mustang V6 after he called to say he had last his serpentine belt. Looking at it I see that the belt tensioner pulley is gone..probably destroying the belt. Just need some advice on removing the pulley bearing that's left. Whats the best way to remove the bolt and what size is it. I'm guessing its either 18 metric or 11/16 both of which I don't have. Tried using an adjustable but it just kept turning the tensioner before it ran out of space.

Is there some way to lock the tensioner so I can get that bolt off? Going to pick up a belt, pulley and socket tomorrow so any quick advice would be greatly appreciate.

umm never mind...purchased an 18mm and 11/16 in. socket (needed them both anyway) and the 18mm was the fit. Than after having a good look at it took a guess that the thread was a reverse thread. Tried it and was right. Got it off no prob. Saved $82 labour at the service.
