Have a 2002 mustang for some reason there is electrical problem . New battery & alternator .And charging system checked out at O'reilly's drive for a few miles and alternator gauge goes to completely to low side of the gauge anyone have a clue as to what may be the problem ?

Check fuses, check and make sure you have power at the alternator. Check the 3 wire plug on the alternator.

I enclosed a wiring diagram and shows the fuses. There should also be a fusible link on your car as well.
