Check the water discharge tank. I had the same problem with the leak. You can find the tank under the hood on the passenger side. It's going to be right up by the fire wall. Remove the plastic cover which is right below your wipers make sure the drain is not clogged. 9 times out of 10 that's your issue is that it's clogged.

Deal with the water leak first, and soon. The cowl gets clogged over time with leaves, pine needles, dirt, etc. It causes water to build up and ultimately enter. Aside from musty smells and rusty floorboards, the big concern is that it doesn't get into the smart junction box in the passengers kick panel. You don't want the headaches that will cause. Pull the cowl cover, grommets and cabin air filter and clean it out with a stick, pliers, coat hanger... whatever works. Here's a link to the TSB:

Great post and thanks for the TSB link that is very descriptive and informative step by step.

As said most common place is area where cabin air filter is located. I have seen a bunch of people talking about how they had leaks due to a clogged drain under the crawl. I recently saw a thread on here with a video of water rushing through into the passenger floor board area.

Hope you got some helpful info to correct the problem.
