have had my 2007 V6 Mustang for three years, recently have had to call road-side assistance for jumps. Had it at Ford for two days and they can't figure out what is wrong. Had it jumped again today and the guy who jumped it thought MAYBE when I had it detailed, something happened to it. Is this a possibility? The battery has died three times since having the car detailed six weeks ago. and NO, I DID NOT LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON :) Has a pretty new battery (6 months old) and a new starter. HELP.....

someone else said sometimes the radio will drain the battery even when the car is not on.....but like I said I had the car 3 years in March and did not have a dead battery before (with the exception of sub-zero weather in Colorado) had the battery replaced at that time.:?:

first thing i would do is pull the batt terminals off and clean them and the posts really good. if you can open the caps on the battery, look into each cell for low levels or cloudiness in a cell. if one is cloudy, the battery is no good. :)
