I have 2 heat extractors on top of my carbon fiber hood. Has anyone found a way a way to block water from getting in ?

Nope. While car is moving, you're ok, but stationary...you're gonna get water in. If parked and raining, put a small tarp over the hood (I get mine from Harbor Freight), use magnets to hold it down on the sides. or put the tarp under the hood covering the engine, primarily the battery. In stop and go traffic, you're gonna get water in. One of the drawbacks with a vented hood...especially Tiger Hoods.

I know TruFiber makes rain gaurds for their hoods. Call them up and ask if any might fit your hood. They should keep the water out
