I have a 2006 GT with a cervinis type IV hood (the 68 shelby look alike)
and ive been trying to get hood pins for it, ive generally just see the
shelby pins fitting on the hood (Because of duct work and hardware with
the ram air) but I dont like how they are located dead center of each
fog light. I want them to be on the outside more. Ive heard of people
putting them where the rubber stoppers are located but never actually
seen it with a hood like mine. Can anyone show a picture or give some
insight on how to do this?

those are pretty nice, just dont like how its designed, little cheesy looking imo. been lookin around for hood pins for a while, just none for a GT that go into the rubber stoppers and look like the shelby pins

just realized how bad that sentence was lol. should read "I've been looking around for hood pins for a while, just have found any for the GT that go into the rubber stoppers and look like the shelby pins"

I was running 128mph down the back straight at Sebring Int'l Raceway last weekend and watching my hood bounce. I keep thinking about the FR500s losing hoods at Daytona that year. :D

I think I'm going to put these hood pins on my car, but I'm guessing these are the ones you don't like the positioning on:

They make this universal kit though. I'm sure they'd fit where the factory rubber stops are:
