Yes , But their are some differences . first you have to buy the inserts and grills for in the inserts ( if not included with new hood ) . You also have to replace the hood mat . I have an aftermarket cobra hood on mine . Very light weight as compared to factory .

I paid $ 50 for inserts and grills from ford and haven`t replaced my hood mat yet but have seen them for under $100 .
