Horn issues ( fuse blows )

I have read some issues with the horn on these forms but I was curious if anyone had there fuse blown once you hit the horn?
I have replaced the foam pad to prevent the horn from going off but it seems like it is blowing the fuse when I hit the horn. Can this be the fuse relay? If so where is it located? Any advice would help thanks.

I had the same problem a few years back. Every
time I hit the horn the fuse would blow. It turned
out that the horn was shorted out. I replaced it
and all is well.
Thanks for the info I do have a new horn I'll try that first.
Try the switch first under the horn "button"
