I'd like to know how to increase top end horses. Like 60mph+. other than 4.10's what can I do? Thanks.

Heads and cams would be a good place to start. They won't do much in the lower rpm's but will help a lot in the upper rpm's, regardless of speed

Top end power ---- ported heads (with bigger valves), ported lower intake, windstar upper intake, properly speced cam, long tube headers, straight piped, and a good tune to rap it all up.

Since this will be most likely a top end runner you might want at least some 3.73's (or 4.10's) to get you off the line faster, as mark said there is no actual gain from them, just a difference in accel.
