By way of blowing fuses and seeing a little puff of smoke everytime I went to replace the 20amp for the foglights, drls and horn, I realized that the cause of my problem was that there is a wire which sticks out the side of the power distribution box (towards the firewall) under the hood and it was making contact with a piece of metal on wall of the engine compartment. Of course the wire is a little burnt up looking and I would love to get at it to solve the problem but I need to remove the power distribution box to get at the wire.

Im just wondering if i have to completely unbolt the distribution box from the car or is there a way that I could access these wires another way.

If need be I can post some pics tomorrow.

Do post some pictures if you can, but you should be able to get the box out. Just have to do some contortionist moves to get in there though.
