how do I replace the belt tensioner?

how do I replace the belt tensioner? I have taken the belt off and the bearing in the tensioner pulley is shot...you evidently must pull off the tensioner to replace the pulley.

It depends on which tensioner you have, the single bolt or the 3 bolt, but it's an assembly that just unbolts and pulls off, there's no real trick to it.
