3-4 minutes tops. Did you buy it new? Canned tunes or custom? Have you talked to who you got it from?
If a tune takes more than 120 seconds to flash, something is wrong.
canned tune bought it new and no I havent talked to the pearson I bought it from
i'd say get on the phone asap!! mine just took about 3 minutes
between 2 and 3 minutes tops with my sctx3. after the tuner loads the tune, it says hit select and puts you back at the begining to program
I never timed my Diablo but it feels like 5 mins.
For the Diablosport I would say 5 minutes or less. Working at an automotive aftermarket company as a product copywriter, I am 100% positive that all name brand tuners take less than 5 minutes to load a tune. However, if it is your first time loading a tune you have to factor in the time the tuner takes to write your stock program to its memory and then the additional time it takes to load the new tune. It still should be less than 10 minutes for that entire process.

Good point on the stock tune writing to memory. Still sounds like something is wrong with the device, or it's written for the wrong PCM code.

would buying a costom tune from bamachips or somewhere make a difference or help
call sct during business hours. they can hook you up with a tech that will have you log onto a site. he will be able to have you plug in your tuner, take control of your computer and check everything out real fast. those tech are real good at what they do. they can do updates ect. they`ll have you up and running in no time. they had me go out to the car while on the phone and try it once, made some adjustments, next time out worked great, but that was for a error problem. you might have to register the unit with them also
