Hey guys I just put orders in for mac long tube headers and an offroad H pipe. No cats at all and the car is completely stock otherwise. What kind of gains should I expect from this setup. I'll be running pretty much an open H pipe. Thanks fellas

Anywhere between 0.1 hp and 20 hp. Look closer to like 2-5 hp though. There is no way to accurately guess horsepower. Your car may be one of those factory freaks that left with 200+ at the crank, or on the flipside it may be a opposite situation where you left with around 170ish at the crank. Factors like that will change how much you will get.

Short answer though: 1-8 (Being very generous with that 8 though)

Also, running what kind of muffler are you looking at? Some flow better than others, as well as the fact that no cats could actually cost you a few hp.

I'm looking at dumping two AERO turbine mufflers right before the axle. Those being hooked right up to the H pipe.

Yea I have a '00. I got an AERO turbine muffler put on my car when they were first getting popular a while ago and absolutely loved the sound. Not too sure of the diameter but it was a perfect fit for my car. I don't think mine is any more than 3'' inside. I'll have to go look.
