how would i determine what gears to run? i read through the 3.55 and 3.73 and 4.10. i want to drag race it but its still a street car, i dont plan on going 150mph down a high way but i do want go fast down the strip. but right now i shift fast 1st through 3rd, 4ths kind of a dog and 5th is to. but on the strip, i run 13.03 at 103mph in the 1/4mile just shifting into 4th right before the finish. i got all motor and no chassis work. ive never done much research into the gears but i am now. so what would be a better choice for me, i get bad gas milage right now so thats not an issue, i just dont want to drive around town at like 2500rpm and on the high way at 3000rpm. i can cruise at 70mph at about 2000rpm or a bit higher. not to sure what gears i currently have. so any ideas on what to choose?
