The best first step is to take apart that panel and make sure the belt and spool is free of kinks and dirt. That will help, if not the unit may need to be replaced.
how to fix seatbelt retraction
after i take off my seatbelt it wont retract back, does anyone know how i can fix this??

when i had that problem i took it apart and looked at it but it looked all right. so i found a new set on ebay.
what did u put in the search engine for ebay to find it
i went to the motors section and put in vehicle in formation then entered "seat belt" as the keyword.
