How to get more Hp out of my pony?

I have a 1968 mustang coupe 302,I want to get it to 350HP what do I do?????

Well, the short answer is it depends how much you want to spend all at one time. Provided your compression is good, I'd start with a good dual exhaust, then proceed to a set of aluminum heads, a hotter cam, a good dual plane aluminum manifold, and properly sized 4 barrel carbeuration. If cash is tight and you want to do it piecemeal, look at a 4 barrel carb and intake after you do the exhaust, then go from there to the cam and heads. Folks will argue a good deal about the parts mix to get you there, but the the truth is alot comes down to personal preference. Example: I like Edelbrock's high rise manifolds, Holley carbs, and Comp Cams products. For heads, Trick Flow makes good stuff, as does Edelbrock. AFR makes some outstanding heads to support silly levels of horsepower, but they're pricey. Decide what you can afford to do first and then go from there.
