I dunno if this episode is a rerun and thus old news but they had a Satin Silver 05 GT, brand new and stock aside from a set of Richmond 4.33's. They added the K & N CAI which netted 10 hp at the rear wheels (they re-inserted the HC trap, go figure?) and then added a set of flowmasters which netted 6 rwhp. They did not reflash. Lastly they added a Zex N20 system which is tailored for the 05 for another 75 hp (with a pretty neat machine gun style purge system:eyepoppin ).

And then?? Did they race them to see how much the modded one beat it by? Unfortunately I don't get many tv shows where I am.

I saw it this weekend. They reinserted the HC trap because they didn't retune. Also the reason they ended up only using the 75hp jets. They had no way to adjust timing.

Still wasn't a bad show. Good info on the Zex kit install.
