So I guess you're keeping the car? :shigrin
Yea , I had to sell some of my gun collection . This brought in a nice little mint. I also got a huge tax return, and have been killing myself doing trade shows. I did 3 this month and have another soon. I am still being conservative. I did not get the supercharger. I will put some money away , which is good in these times.:bigthumbsupSo I guess you're keeping the car? :shigrin
If I do, that will require new plugs and a Dyno tune more than likely. You should enjoy the Nitrous, after your first couple times to the track with it you'll end up withthe 100 shot jets in her.
Man Kenneth I sure hope so. I hope I can get a 1 something on the 60 also. We will see soon I guess. Do I need the autolite colder plugs for the 100 shot? I would think I would just to be safe.Well even with the 75 shot you will break that 100mph barrier.
I'm so glad I work for Uncle Sam!Yea , I had to sell some of my gun collection . This brought in a nice little mint. I also got a huge tax return, and have been killing myself doing trade shows. Yea that is a safe bet.I'm so glad I work for Uncle Sam!![]()
1.8`s that would be a miracle. Do I need a window switch? Doug said I do not.Yes you should go to a colder plug with the 100 shot.
I just got rid of my Nitrous plugs (monday)
when I was running Nitrous with my car (100 shot) I would get consistant 1.7 60' but I know with your elevation that probably won't be the same for you.
Maybe 1.8's
I could never run my own business, nor could I sell anything to anyone. Been in this line of work too long.. :soYea that is a safe bet.
I am realy glad I work for myself. Opportunities are endless and what I make of it. Thus it is only what I make of it. I can not blame anyone but me. I guess I am my own boss, which is tough.
Me too Mark I started when I was 9 yrs old , this is all I know. I am good at it and take pride in what I sell. The main thing is to be honest in my field and give excellent customer service.I could never run my own business, nor could I sell anything to anyone. Been in this line of work too long.. :so
Window switch is not a priority but is a little safer.1.8`s that would be a miracle. Do I need a window switch? Doug said I do not.
Kenneth do you think I would be ok with a 75 shot without the switch for awhile?Window switch is not a priority but is a little safer.
I had one and the way it was setup is the Nitrous would start spraying at 3000 rpm and stop spraying at 6000 rpm, the car would shift gears and repeat the process for the next gear.
IMO I would get one.
From what Kenneth said above I believe Yes IS the answer. I was told that the Wot switch that comes with the kit operates with the TPS sensor and comes on at Wot. My concern is what if the Tps fails?Explain the purpose of the window swich. Does it prevent the nitrous before a predetermined RPM? :scratchchin
You don't want to start spraying at too low an RPM (I believe I was told not below 2600) nor do you want to spray while the car is shifting gears. that's where the window switch comes into play. From what Kenneth said above I believe Yes IS the answer. This is starting to sound realy complicated.:soYou don't want to start spraying at too low an RPM (I believe I was told not below 2600) nor do you want to spray while the car is shifting gears. that's where the window switch comes into play.
You can set it up to start spraying at a certain RPM and stop spraying at a certain RPM.
If I remember correctly with the Auto's you are putting a HUGE ammount of stress on the trayy if you spray through the gears.
And NEVER spray in 5th gear.
