I need a new key fob

When I purchased my Cobra, the original owner had lost one of the key fob's along with the spare key? Anyone know where I can get a key fob? Is the key a standard replacement, no chip etc?

I had the exact same thing. I bought my 97 Cobra and I was only given a key, no FOB and no spare. Went to a Ford dealer and it was very expensive. I was also told the key has a chip in it. If you get any word on where to get another key and a FOB could you let me know?

you can find them on Ebay...a dealer or locksmith can reprogram the "blank"

Just went on e-bay, there's plenty of them, check it out.

the walmart here does key and program for 65.00

fob are cheap and you can do those yourself...

you can also program 2 more keys if you had 2 yourself..
