How do I go about removing the center a/c vent in my 89 lx?

Its held in with spring tabs just pry it out gently.

alright thanks, how should I grab it? from the top and bottom or from the sides? and what would you recommend prying it with?

if you take the actual vents out just by pulling them by hand there are two?? or maybe two per side on both the top and bottom that you will see their like tabs just pull them down with a screwdriver gently and pull out
