Another thing to check is the ground from the TPS and MAF to battery ground. Undo both cables from the battery, negative first, then reattach the negative without the positive hooked up. Check for resistance between Pin B on the mass air to the negative post and from the black wire on the TPS to the negative post. Both should be less than 0.2 ohms, anymore and you have a ground problem, which will make these cars do strange things.
