So ive been feeling and hearing loud popping noises when I brake or somethings come off a bump in the front suspension,

I took it to a shop and they said my brakes were good, but said I needed a DR LOWER Ball joint, So I went home and replaced it myself, and It still makes the noises!,

Could it be the strut, or something? HELP!
Im going on a long road trip tomorrow and dont want to be stranded

If its doing it when you go over bumps, it could be your spring isolators have worn out. I noticed in your signature that it was "slammed." But I would take it to a different shop and get a second opinion on the brakes. A popping noise coming from the suspension could be a multitude of things.

Things to inspect

1. Spring isolators
2. Strut mounts (tighten bolts)
3. Strut bolts (lower bolts)
4. Engine mounts
5. Rack bushings
6. Tie Rod ends
7. Balljoints (even though you replaced it)
8. Bearings
9. Steering joints/end links
10. A Arm bushings.

1 more thing, when replacing suspension components, ALWAYS do it in pairs, thats both sides.
