Hello! I'm thrilled to join a popular group of Mustang Enthusiasts! I bought a 2015 Mustang EcoBoost yesterday. The car is a Magnetic Metallic with Automatic Transmission and 19" wheels. This is NOT my first Mustang. I had a 1966 V-8 almost 50 years ago and another 1966 GT in 1972. Now I'm back in the pack again.
What an amazing vehicle (2015)! Amazing features. Spectacular handling! I've drove a 2015 GT at the dealership with a 6-speed manual. It was a revelation to go thru the gears, accelerating on the freeway. I think I scared the salesman. I knew that this car will get out of of hand if I buy it, so I downsized to the EcoBoost Auto. That was a pleasant compromise and my wife can drive it too.
The 19" wheels can exploit the amazing grip of this Mustang and I plan to take it on the track. I want to install a Borla ATAK exhaust as soon as possible. Any other forum members have replaced the exhaust on the 2015?
The Mustang will be my Daily Driver. I'm replacing a 2015 Mazda6 which disappointed me. Although the Mazda6 was a fine sedan, it was not for my style of driving.
My "Other Car" is a 2014 Porsche Cayman 981 Base.
