Im the new guy,2006 Mustang GT

Hello everyone i am da_fish07 and im a serious mustang owner enthusiast with a 2006 gt coupe that i bought in 07 and now im starting mods as soon as i get back to the states. I have purchased a set of mutha thumpers, cold air intake and underdrive pulleys to start and i will dyno tune as well but my question is how do i get the tunes for the new cam are they loaded on the flash tuner from the factory or do i have to get them from a website? Im pretty new to the modular engine so if you could help that would be cool.
