Good afternoon everyone, I recently got some new Scott Drake outer tie rod ends and I'm a little stumped. Basically I'm wondering why there are different sized spacers all together and not just one? Is there anything I need to know before installation? Or do I simply install these as if they were OEM tie rod ends? Please see attachment that way you can see what I am talking about.
didn't come with instructions/?? my educated guess would be that the spacers are for vehicles that have been lowered, to maintain bump steer in the rack and pinion... I'd check their website, might find install instructions there.
good luck
Yes they are for lowered stangs, I dropped mine about 2 inches all the way around. I've searched the internet for advice and have come up with nothing.
