I finally installed my halo lights! It was much easier than I anticipated. The installation instructions from American Muscle where spot on. They look super good, too. :) Much more aggressive than the factory. I also put in a Moroso coolant tank. Pics of both below. Thanks to everyone who helped and offered advice!

Super nice man!
Thanks, Stangy07. This was my first real mod. :)
How do you do your fog lights like that?
:bigthumbsup nice halo's. i was thinking about getting some
Joshstang, you won't be disappointed!

Tungsten, I'm not sure I follow.... What do you mean?
Alright my bad, probably shoulda been more descriptive. I have a 2010 also, and stock it comes with the fog light placement under the headlights instead of beside them. Did you get a new front bumper or did they already have them on there when you got them?
Tungsten, The fog lights came that way, in the grill next to the headlights. The only thing I changed were the halos.
sweet man! looks really good:bigthumbsup
are they hard to install? its a tough choice between the smoked and clear halos

btw your stang is a nice color

The halos aren't hard to install at all. Just make sure to follow the instructions at AM and make sure you have a gentle touch.

Thanks for the color comment. Grabberblue is pretty much the perfect color for me. :gringreen

I agree with the color thing. My friend has an 08 blue and I like the grabber blue soo much more. But both look good, none the less.
Awesome, it makes me want halos now :bigthumbsup

It was getting late and I finished up the project the next morning. Here's a picture of the uncompleted front end at dusk, but it doesn't do them justice. I'll take an evening shot tonight and post.

headlights do look good. What did you do with the stock ones?

2010Tungsten the OP has a GT and I'm guessing from the pic you referenced you have a v6. One of the traditional styling elemnts of the GT is the grill mounted fogs. If you like that look you can pick it up fairly cheaply and if your car already has fogs then the install should be easy. Check out THIS PAGE thats what you would need to get. They might not have your paint color though and its probably cheaper to have it painted then to buy the front bumper cover from your dealership in the right color but ask around at the shops in your area.
Thanks, DJGietzen! Stock lights are the in box the halos came in, put away in storage. I'm worried the halos might start to look a little 'dated' in ten years or so. If so, I can just swap them back. ;)

Hey Jeremy sorry to impose on your thread but here is my 07 with halos since he's thinking of doing them on his 07.

Here's two evening photos, one with enough exposure to show the car and the other just the lights. Mine appear to be much smaller than Stangy's.
