Installing Eibach Springs Pro-Kit

I did a search but did not find installation instructions for my 2010 GT Convertable and the Eibach Springs Pro-Kit. Does anyone have experience with this? Can a guy who likes to work on his own ride (Harley and stang) do this in his garage? Thanks for guidance.

I installed Eibach's entire Pro-Series lowering kit: springs, struts, shocks & front/rear sway bars on my wife's '07 GT about a year ago now. I will admit that I did rent a lift from a local garage since he's usually but not open for business on the weekends & he had a profesional spring compressor & air tools, both of which didn't hurt. The spring compressor was a huge help for the strut assembly I will say. I asked my brother-n-law to help & we went from driving the car in to driving it out completely dropped in 90 minutes including washing up & that's on a convertible which means there is additional bracing underneath which added 10 minutes or so but no major deal. I was paying for the lift time by the hour which is how I remember it was 90 minutes.
On our backs I'm certain the time would be tripple & then there's the professional spring compressor too so...
Here in Fl. I have access to Steeda who wanted $320 for the job but I paid $20 p/hour lift time which cost me $30 technically but gave the guy 2 $20's which paid dividends since I've already been back twice to install subsequent mods (I personally insist on working on my own car) but I can tell you I never would have paid $320 in hind sight, now that I did the job w/help even on my back but that's just me...bottom line; way do-able with the help of a handy buddy or equivalent. My kit did come w/very straight forward directions w/pictures which we did refer to several times just because I'm that way but on Eibach's website you can get help too.
