My light for the gauges keeps going out the fuse keep dying.

what could this be?

according to this its fuse #13 i tried putting a bigger fuse it broke it too

You need to start diagnosing the circuit. If it keeps killing fuses like that, there's a short to ground somewhere in there.

I just remembered I had a friend put in a aftermarket CD player could this of done it? what could he have done wrong?
